At the Shop at the Heinz History Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Pittsburgh history and heritage items. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our museum shop team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and historical documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for delivery back to our Pittsburgh facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
