How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our online store only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our museum shop directly.
Can I use my Museum Membership discount online?
Yes! History Center members can apply their member discount code at checkout. If you do not have your code, please contact our membership department before finalizing your purchase.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during transit, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Are the products sold online the same as those in the physical museum shop?
While we carry a curated selection of our most popular Pittsburgh-themed gifts and historical books online, our physical museum shop in the Strip District offers an even wider variety of unique items.
